Your email address will only ever be used for 11Stereo.com weekly newsletter and (for members) exclusive product offers that are not listed on the website. 

We believe that this is the best way for Mike Powell and his team to communicate with 11stereo.com visitors.

Your info remains private and not given/sold/traded to any third party.

When you sign up to be a HiFi tribe member, you also agree to the code of conduct. 

TRADE-IN SCHEDULE

Anything purchased at 11stereo.com has a trade in value of 80% of the original price, when purchasing new equipment. The equipment traded in must be in original condition. If not, a different value may be assessed at the time.

 

We are also willing to buy equipment back on certain occasions for an agreed upon cash value. 

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will then notify you regarding the status of your refund after inspection.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit minus any incoming credit card / alternate fees that are unrecoverable on our end.

For returns, buyer pays shipping both ways.

 

In the case of warranty repair, we will cover the shipping cost both ways in the first year. After the first year of your original purchase date,the buyer is responsible for the shipping to us and we will cover the return shipping.
